Our Recycling Process
The process of producing base oil from used oil is a sophisticated and environmentally beneficial practice:
Collection & Pre-Treatment
Used oil, often considered hazardous waste, is collected and transported to the recycling facility. It is first pre-treated to remove impurities such as water, dirt, and other contaminants.
Distillation
The oil is then heated to separate it into various fractions based on boiling points.
Hydrotreating
These fractions are treated to remove sulfur, nitrogen, and oxygen, resulting in a purified product.
Fractionation
Finally, the treated oil is further separated into different grades of base oil.
